If you don’t use it you lose it! I have found this out the hard way and I have to be vigilant about my exercise regime if I am not to get recurring severe bouts of freezing and wearing off. So this blog is short as I am off to the gym. Please don’t exercise without proper supervision and check with your health care professional before starting anything new. Let’s talk about what we can to for Parkinson’s during the month of April! don’t forget that it’s not just PWPs that benefit from exercise. I got much fitter training with Mum for the marathon last year. Exercise can be a great social outlet for PWPs so consider roping some friends in to get out together and even (whisper it) have fun while getting your exercise in!
