Conversations that count

Conversations that count

I have been really challenged over the last two weeks ,challenged to my core thanks God for my Husband Michael and my son David who are incredibly supportive and I sure sick of listening to me .
I have learned huge lessons from the challenge and I really need to remember that not everyone operates from their inner self there are lots of people out there who cannot face themselves and instead go back into the blame game .Its easier to pint the finger at someone else than take ownership of your own behaviour .
For me with Parkinson’s stress hugely affects it and so on Mothers day when i received a phone call I was expecting but not the message I received I was shocked ,my body reacted by switching off and I was left for 5 hours lying on the bed and the floor not able to move .I guess the wake up call for me was when my son David told me he was getting very frightened by my lack of mobility .So the mental work and mindfulness had to be tapd into by me yet again, I could not let my head take over .I also realised I was  giving  power to the situation.I eventually go my body going again and have been working through the upset caused by this situation .
What are conversations that count .They are those interpersonal connections where people can speak openly and honestly give the facts state the feelings but not blame others and equally not accept unacceptable behaviour form others .
I have to pray for the people involved and let it go the universe will look after the rest in whatever way It sees fit and I need to practise hands off!!!!!
The video link below is one of the most powerful I have seen and was sent to me by my step son Morgan I can so relate to the having to pick yourself up off the floor literally!!!!!!!!
So for me I need to keep practise the art of conversations that count and lets have no gossip or criticism of others  ,lets be there and take ownership of our own behaviour.
