Training to stay well and healthy is a huge but rewarding commitment .Since Christmas I have shed 11lbs no mean feat when you consider that I have to manage all my food around medication, and I have to be careful about eating protein ( as it interferes with my medication and its effectiveness).
So have been really good lately in fact bordering on sainthood .! Decided on Sunday it was time for a Curly Wurly bar it was divine only problem was I went to the gym on Monday and forgot that I still had the wrapper (so I am still trying to justify it to he who must be obeyed aka Jason! )So take heart my fellow marathon trainers no one is perfect !
