Getting a voice for People with Parkinson’s

Dave Walsh and I have hit the headlines in two different places this week! Check out the article on Dave in the Irish Times Health Supplement on Tuesday 10th January 2012

For Dave and myself our mission is to empower and inspire people with Parkinson’s to achieve a better quality of life.  This blog was set up to give us a vehicle by which we could communicate our mission to the Parkinson’s community.  Please see our website www.move4Parkinsons.com
.  Having optimum quality of life with Parkinson’s is key to the management of this chronic illness. We may loose volume in our voice as we progress but don’t loose the spirit in our voices!
So Dave and I are doing this work as are many many other PWP’s carers and volunteers for a better quality of life for PWP’s and their carers ,its hard to understand the passion we have I am sure if you don’t have or live with someone who has Parkinsons
